Arts and wellbeing
Working with partnering organisations such as Playback Theatre, Southcombe Barn and Totnes Cinema, Beyond Borders utilises the arts in order to create wider and more empathic discussion on topics such as human connectivity, migration and belonging. This ranges from theatre to film and installation to singing workshops.
Beyond Borders also work specifically to support the wellbeing of people who have been displaced through a range of nurturing workshop sessions, events and volunteer opportunities. These are offered through Beyond Border’s growing community and partnering organisations. Sessions range from growing projects and woodcraft, movement, dance and yoga sessions, to food sharing, conversation and cooking workshops.
